SkinShade provides photo-based estimates of skin depth, undertone, and color. By using the tool, you understand that these results are informational starting points rather than exact measurements, medical advice, or diagnoses.

Use with care

Lighting, white balance, camera processing, makeup, pigmentation, and the areas selected in a photo can change an estimate. Please use the tool only with images you are entitled to use and avoid relying on a result for medical, safety, or high-stakes decisions.

Foundation matching

SkinShade does not currently provide guaranteed product or foundation matches. A color estimate may help with in-person comparisons, but shade formulas, coverage, oxidation, and store lighting vary.

Updates

SkinShade may improve the interface, estimation approach, and these terms over time. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
